The Trio A. Storni
Sarah Margaine, piano, Marie Salvat, violi and Marie-Thérèse Grisenti, cello
Founded in 2018, the A Storni Ensemble was formed by two musicians from the CNSM and the Sud de France, both having careers marked by a series of original projects, which have nurtured their love for the repertoire of chamber music and enriched their vivion of the stage. They work closely with exciting and passionate musicians in their performances of chamber music. They discovered a shared love of the Art of Song which they play in their own particular styles, as well as well as accompanying other formations.
This common ground quite naturally led their first incarnation towards Franz Schubert. Encompassing his 600 lieder and his chamber music masterpieces, the envisaged their first Schubertiade as a convivial feast between friends, celebrating this composer. They were supported by ARCAL in this production and were also the subject of a programme on France Musique.
